Le raccomandazioni per virtualizzare vCenter

Anche con l’avvento della versione 4.0, risulta sempre utile virtualizzare il server che esegue vCenter. In questo modo ovviamente possiamo garantire l’alta disponibilità di questo componente importantissimo e pertanto critico. Ma in che modo possiamo virtualizzarlo?

Dunca Epping riporta in questo articolo una serie di best practices scaturite da alcune discussioni nelle mailing lists aziendali. Mi ritrovo perfettamente nelle indicazioni date, tranne una: bisogna eseguire prima dns e poi Active Directory, la seconda senza il primo difficilmente funziona….
