Spedire una ISO a un ESX remoto

Velocissimo post per ricordarmi/ci come fare a inviare un qualsiasi file (tipo appunto una ISO) a un ESX remoto, visibile da internet attraverso la porta ssh:

scp ‘-P 9999’ Downloads/image.iso root@esx_public_ip:/vmfs/volumes/4ba7da30-85dc2de9-38a9-00221955fd2f/ISO

dove 9999 è la porta tcp dove è in ascolto ssh, se diversa da 22. Prima di avviare il comando dovrete connettervi via ssh per ottenere il percorso reale del volume. Il mio ad esempio si chiamava “servers-lun” ma ovviamente quello è solo un link, il percorso vero è quello classico di ESX nel formato che leggete.
