[EN] #Veeam Backup 5: hotfix supporting vSphere 5

Luca Dell'Oca, October 28, 2011October 24, 2011

Veeam has published an article on its blog, to let us know of a new hotfix to officially support vSphere 5, when using Veeam in SAN mode. Hotfix is available only through support, and it’s not directly downloadable from their website; here the last available verison is still 5.0.2.

As stated in the article, the next release fully supporting vSphere 5 will be directly Veeam BR 6, expected for Q4 2011; we are already in that quarter, but you can read that timeframe (for what I’ve understood) December 2011.

Here is the complete article.
