Nuova patch 515841 di ESXi

VMware ha rilasciato la build 515841 di ESXi 5.0, per correggere alcuni bug rilevati nelle versioni precedenti.

In  particolare, questa versione corregge tra le altre cose i problemi insorti con i comandi iscsi di Storage UnMap; per ora, la soluzione molto “brutale” è stata quella di disabilitare questa funzione. Speriamo in futuro che venga nuovamente implementate, questa volta senza problemi.

Tra le altre correzioni, interessante la possibilità di definire i timeout di login degli inizializzatori iscsi, ovviamente solo quelli software e dependent (gli independent vengono gestiti dai BIOS delle schede di rete).
