I received a few weeks ago a preview of this software from my colleagues that are developing it, and I wanted to try it out and show it to other people.
In my previous post, I explained how to automatically add all the different managed server to a Veeam Cloud Connect installation. The servers are now all listed in the Console, but still no role has been assigned to them. That’s what we will do together in this post.
In the previous post of this series, we installed and started the configuration of Veeam Availability Console. In this second part, we are going to look at the rest of the initial configuration, and plan for the first customer onboarding.
As Veeam is soon to release the final version of a new solution, called Veeam Availability Console, I started to study this software, since it’s a key component of Veeam strategy for Service Providers, which is my main focus as a Veeam employee. In this series of posts, I will explore the software, its architecture, how it works, and what can be done with it.
